The average visit lasts between 2 and 3 hours, but it is possible to spend the whole day for the most passionate.

This ticket gives you access to :

- The Permanent exhibition : 3,000m² to explore freely the wine cultures

- The Belvedere on the 8th floor : tasting of a glass of wine (or grape juice) with panoramic views of Bordeaux

Combined ticket Permanent Exhibition + Bélvédère + Initiation Workshop

This ticket allows you to benefit from an advantageous rate by visiting the Permanent Exhibition and the workshop “Initiation to wine tasting” on the same day.

This ticket gives you access to:

- the Permanent exhibition, to discover the cultures of wine (audio guide included),

- the Belvedere (with a glass of wine or grape juice)

- the workshop “Initiation to wine tasting”, at 15.00, available in English, Spanish, Italian and German. Workshop led by a sommelier in French only. English, Spanish, Italian and German speakers can follow the workshop thanks to an audio-guide with pre-recorded audio.

Reduced price tickets are available at the reception of the Cité du Vin for students, people with disabilities, job seekers, on presentation of proof.

The visit of these different areas will take you at least half a day, and up to the whole day for the most passionate. We advise you to come early: the Cité du Vin opens at 10 a.m.!
